When you opt in to our SMS program, we collect the following information:

  • Mobile Phone Number – The phone number you provide for receiving SMS notifications.
  • Name and Appraiser Code – Your identity as recorded in our appraisal management system.
  • Message Delivery Data – Records of messages sent to you, including timestamps and delivery status.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected through our SMS program solely for the following purposes:

  • Sending you notifications about new appraisal assignments, schedule reminders, on-hold notices, cancellations, and revision requests.
  • Maintaining records of communications for operational and compliance purposes.
  • Ensuring messages are delivered within appropriate business hours (Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM MST).
  • Respecting your vacation schedule to avoid sending messages when you are unavailable.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers – We use a third-party messaging platform to deliver SMS messages. The third party processes your phone number solely for the purpose of message delivery on our behalf.
  • Legal Requirements – We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process.

We will never share your opt-in data or consent status with any third parties for purposes unrelated to delivering our SMS messages.

Data Security

Upon termination of your affiliation or upon your opt-out request, your phone number will be removed from the active messaging program.

  • Deletion – You may request that we delete your phone number from our SMS program records, subject to any legal retention requirements.
