Appraiser Selection
AppraisalMark will seek the most local qualified appraiser to complete an appraisal assignment. Whenever possible, the appraiser should live or work within fifteen miles of the property in populated areas, 30 +/- miles in non-populated areas. We also utilize several proprietary methods to find quality local appraisers.
Our Resources
AppraisalMark's office is adjacent to our sister company, Norris Property Consultants, Inc. This affords us the luxury of Mark Norris's 30 plus years of appraisal experience, as well as 15 additional Certified Residential appraisers to help with any difficult or unusual situations.
In addition to appraisers, AppraisalMark employees have a combined 30+ years of Mortgage Banking and Real Estate experience, including licensed real estate agents on staff.
