Snapshot Automated Review
AppraisalMark gives you the ability at no additional charge to run your reports through an automated data engine in addition to our manual QC Review. With the Snapshot Review, an extensive automated review flags common issues. A QC auditor then works with the appraiser to resolve any potential report deficiencies before delivering the final product to the lender.
Snapshot Review can also be utilized for pre- or post-funding QC review. Our Automated Review will flag investor/GSE warnings and common problems. Summary report available on every order.
