Todd Buzas

Worked in Mortgage Banking from 1996 to 2016 ranging in size from small portfolio lenders to international banks.

In Todd’s last role with the bank, he managed a team handling valuation and liquidation strategies for a $3 billion portfolio of bad loans ranging from vacant land to multi-million dollar homes. This role required extensive work with quality appraisers in several states, many of whom are members of the AppraisalMark panel today.

Todd’s role required direct dealings with federal regulatory agencies, including the CFPB and the OCC, giving him first-hand knowledge of the compliance challenges our clients face when it comes to the appraisal process.

Experience in loan underwriting and loan origination, as well as managing teams of wholesale and retail loan representatives helps AppraisalMark look at their process from all angles and continue to improve wherever we can.
