- AppraisalMark gives you the ability at no additional charge to run your reports through an automated data engine in addition to our manual QC Review.
- With the Snapshot Review, an extensive automated review flags common issues
- A QC auditor then works with the appraiser to resolve any potential report deficiencies before delivering the final product to the lender, which can reduce or eliminate the time spent on revisions.
- Snapshot Review can also be utilized for pre-or post-funding QC review.
