Brooke Buzas

After operating his own Home Inspection Company, Brooke spent over 10 years in mortgage banking, including time as a Wholesale Mortgage Representative and Retail Loan Officer.

Brooke also spent over 5 years working with the bank’s REO team. His role included assessing values and determining list prices for all types of bank-owned real estate, from vacant land, to unfinished construction to multi-million dollar homes. During this time, he acquired his Real Estate License in 2010 and has kept it active.

Brooke’s experience in mortgage and selling bank-owned real estate has led him to work with quality appraisers across several states, many of whom have joined the AppraisalMark Panel.
